Terms of Service.

The agreement between you and us when you use the site or buy something.

Who we are.

"We", "us", "Maya Foxten" refers to the entity operating mayafoxten.com (an Australian-based digital business). "Maya" is an AI-generated character — see the AI Disclosure. "You" is anyone using the site or buying a product.

Using the site.

Browse freely. Don't scrape, don't republish content as your own, don't impersonate the brand, don't try to break into anything. Standard internet citizenship.

Digital products.

Each paid digital product (ebooks, planners, prompt packs, templates, courses) is licensed for personal, non-commercial use by you, the buyer. You may print or save them. You may not resell, redistribute, or share them as if they were your own.

The Studio products.

The How Maya is Made Prompt Pack and the Charlie Series teach techniques and provide example prompts. You're free to use those techniques to build your own AI characters. The Maya and Charlie LoRAs themselves are not included and remain proprietary.

Refunds.

30-day, no-questions-asked refund on every paid digital product. Read the refund policy for the exact process.

Pricing and changes.

Prices are in USD by default; LemonSqueezy will convert to your local currency at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but never retroactively for products you've already bought.

Affiliate links.

Some links on the site are affiliate links — we earn a small commission when you buy through them, at no extra cost to you. Read the affiliate disclosure.

Disclaimers.

Wellness content (rituals, the ebook, journal posts) is for general information and reflection. It's not medical advice. If you're dealing with serious mental or physical health issues, please see a qualified professional. Dog content is informed by trainers and behaviourists but isn't a substitute for hands-on training where one is needed.

Liability.

To the extent allowed by Australian law, our liability is capped at what you paid for any product in the 12 months preceding the issue. Free products carry no liability beyond goodwill.

Governing law.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute is subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms.

If we change anything material we'll email subscribers and update the "last updated" date above.
