If you buy something from us and it doesn't earn its place in your life within 30 days, we'll refund you in full. No forms. No survey. No "are you sure?" emails.
Email us with your order number (in your purchase confirmation email) and the words "refund please". We'll process it within 3 business days. The money lands back where it came from — usually within 5–10 days depending on your bank.
Every paid digital product on the shop — ebooks, planners, prompt packs, templates, ritual packs, mini-courses (when available). Bundles too.
Free products (no money was exchanged). Custom commissions or 1:1 services (handled case-by-case). Subscription products are refundable for the most recent billing period only.
Nothing automatic. We trust you. If the digital file isn't useful to you, please don't pass it on — but we don't enforce. Word of mouth is the brand's best marketing channel and we'd rather invest in trust than DRM.
If you bought within the last hour, we can usually catch it before checkout finalises. Email immediately and we'll see if cancellation is possible (faster than a refund).
